Job Purpose:

Provide first line support for the services delivered by IT Hub Prague. Is the SPOC for internal customers.

What you will do:

  • Operates as Single Point of Contact towards supported users, accounts and countries
  • Submits incidents and support requests into ticketing tool overseeing their proper, accurate and timely resolution
  • Performs first line analysis in order to assign tickets to an appropriate resolution group
  • Receives incoming calls and manages the service desk mailbox
  • Holds on-call standby out of office hours
  • Participates in Service Desk knowledge base creation and forthcoming updates
  • Closely cooperates with Service Delivery team, mainly Incident manager

How your profile should look like:

  • Secondary school education
  • English level B2 (advanced)
  • Czech level C1
  • Be communicative
  • Be able to resist stress
  • ITIL best practices understanding
  • Basic knowledge (awareness) throughout the IT platforms and solutions
